You can send the returned product free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo with the Customer Code we will provide you, to our return address below.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Returns of used, soiled, washed products, products that have lost their resale value, or products that cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted.
The return process will be completed when you send the product you wish to return along with its invoice.

PAYMENT REFUNDS
The received product is first inspected by İpek Haznedaroğlu Designs. If it meets the above conditions, the return process is initiated. When the return is approved, the product fee is refunded to your bank account within the legal period of 10 business days. When the product amount is refunded to your bank account, you will be informed via email.

You can cancel your orders before they are shipped. It is sufficient to send a message by phone or through the contact form.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Defective products are not sent to the customer. However, if such a situation is overlooked, after the defective products are sent back to us with shipping costs paid by us, you will receive a refund or exchange.
